Greedy pair selection, not a guaranteed optimal tournament schedule. Odd groups receive a bye; previous byes and repeated pairs are penalized.

How to use Peer Feedback Pairing Planner

    1. Explore the worked example. Arrange multiple rounds of peer feedback while penalizing repeat partners and same-group pairs.
    2. Replace the participants with your own entries. Set rounds, avoid same-group pairs.
    3. Choose “Create feedback rounds”. Review round pairings, then compare the visual overview with the detailed tables.
    4. Capture alternative scenarios, download a reusable project and export the selected table or a report when you are ready.

    A starting point

Arrange multiple rounds of peer feedback while penalizing repeat partners and same-group pairs. The example is illustrative and can be replaced.

    Know what you are comparing

Are the pairings guaranteed to be optimal?

No. The planner uses a greedy penalty-based method. Review repeated pairings and byes before sharing the rounds; the result is not an availability-aware schedule.

    Files, privacy & saving

Calculations run locally in a browser worker. Input CSV files use the column names in the downloadable template and keep your current settings. Projects restore inputs and up to four scenarios. Imports are limited to 1 MiB and 100 entries. There is no automatic saving. Public pages include advertising and optional analytics; see our privacy policy.

CSV exports contain the entire selected table. JSON and printable HTML reports include all result tables; open the report and use your browser’s Print command for PDF.
