URL Query Builder
Edit URL parameters as readable rows. Keep repeated names, enable or disable parameters, choose space encoding and copy a complete URL without opening or fetching it.
1. Import or enter your URL
2. Edit query parameters
Enter decoded names and values. Duplicate names and row order are preserved. Literal + becomes %2B. Empty values produce name=; flags without = are not supported.
3. Use your URL
Restore a project
HTTP/HTTPS only; embedded login credentials are rejected. No link is fetched or opened. Query serialization uses browser URLSearchParams, so importing can normalize spelling and encoding. Malformed percent escapes and flag-only parameters are rejected rather than silently changed. Up to 100 rows, 200 characters per name, 2,000 per value and 20,000 in the final URL. Projects are temporary until downloaded.
Using URL Query Builder
Build a URL from a query-free base and decoded parameter rows. The tool generates text without fetching or opening the link.
- Import a complete URL to split its parameters, or enter a query-free base URL.
- Edit decoded names and values, add or disable rows, and choose + or %20 for spaces.
- Review the generated URL, copy/download it or save JSON to continue later.
Example
Base: https://example.com/search#results Rows: q = web tools; tag = css; tag = javascript. The query appears before #results and preserves both tags.
Questions & answers
Are repeated parameter names preserved?
Yes. Each enabled row is appended in order, including repeated names. Disabled rows stay in the project but are omitted from the output URL.
Should I enter encoded values?
Enter decoded names and values. Spaces are encoded as + or %20, literal plus signs as %2B, and separators inside values are escaped. Existing percent signs are treated as literal text.
Does importing preserve every original byte?
No. Browser URL parsing and query serialization can normalize spelling and encoding. Malformed query escapes and flag-only fields without = are rejected rather than silently converted. Empty values are supported as name=.
Does this open or test the URL?
No. It constructs URL text only. HTTP and HTTPS are supported, while embedded username/password credentials are rejected. No availability check is performed.
What are the limits and storage behavior?
Up to 100 rows, 200 characters per name, 2,000 per value and 20,000 in the built URL. Project imports are limited to 256 KiB. Changes are temporary until exported; Undo keeps up to 50 changes.
