Timezone Working Hours Planner
Find a meeting time that fits everyone’s working hours. Use a specific date, compare local dates and UTC offsets, and save a clear schedule for your team.
1. Set date & team hours
One UTC day is searched; local dates can differ. Start times use 15-minute steps. Overnight shifts belong to the day they start. Equal opening/closing times mean 24-hour availability on selected working days. Timezone rules come from your browser.
2. Choose a shared time
Find shared times to see available windows.
Local times for your team
The same UTC instant is shown for everyone. On daylight-saving transition days, elapsed meeting length can differ from the apparent wall-clock difference. Recheck future plans after timezone rules or browser data change.

Using Timezone Working Hours Planner
Find shared availability across timezones for a specific UTC planning day.
- Choose the planning date and duration. Add 2–8 people or locations with their timezone, hours and working days.
- Find shared meeting times. Review the shared windows and select a UTC start; local dates and offsets are shown for every person.
- Copy or download the selected schedule, or export all valid options as JSON. Check timezone rules again before a future meeting.
Example
The global team example uses New York, London and Mumbai, with wider afternoon hours in Mumbai. A single UTC start produces a different local time and sometimes a different local date for each person.
Questions & answers
Does the planner account for daylight saving?
It uses your browser’s IANA timezone data for the chosen date. Offsets and local dates are calculated from actual UTC instants, including clock-change days. Future rule changes can require updated browser data.
Why is the planning date in UTC?
The search covers one clearly defined 24-hour UTC day. Local dates may differ and are shown beside each participant’s meeting time.
How are overnight shifts handled?
A shift such as 22:00–06:00 is assigned to the weekday on which it starts. Early Saturday hours can therefore belong to a Friday shift. Equal start/end times mean 24-hour availability.
Does the whole meeting fit the working hours?
Every minute of the elapsed meeting must fit every participant’s hours and working days. Candidate starts are spaced by 15 minutes, and the meeting must end within the selected UTC day.
Why are no shared times available?
The date may fall outside someone’s working days, the duration may be too long, or the hours may not overlap. Try shorter meetings, wider work windows or another date.
Does this create a calendar event?
No. It produces a readable schedule and JSON options. It does not connect to calendars or send invitations.
Are team names or schedules uploaded?
Planning runs in a local worker. Team inputs are not uploaded for processing or saved automatically. Site advertising and analytics follow the privacy policy.
