    Questions & answers

    Can I reorder photos?

Yes. Use Up and Down in the photo list. The order runs left to right and top to bottom. Remove an image to close its slot.

What is the difference between Fill and Fit?

Fill scales each image until the tile is covered and crops centrally. Fit scales the entire image into the tile without cropping, so space can remain around it.

Can I show filenames or custom labels?

Yes. Choose filename labels or edit custom labels in the photo list. Optional numbers identify image order. Labels are single-line and shortened with an ellipsis when needed.

    How does automatic layout work?

The tool chooses up to six columns to balance tile proportions against the source-image proportions and unused slots. You can choose a fixed column count instead. An incomplete final row keeps empty tile space.

Can I export a transparent collage?

Yes. Enable transparent background and choose PNG or WebP. JPG fills transparency with your background color. PDF prints transparent gaps on white; use dark label colors.

Is the PDF a multi-page photo document?

No. It contains one rasterized collage or contact sheet fitted on an A4 page with print margins. Use Image to PDF Converter for separate photo pages.

    What are the size limits?

Use up to 24 photos, 20 MiB per file and 80 MiB total. Individual decoded images are limited to 16 million pixels, with 80 million combined pixels. Output dimensions range from 320 to 4,096 pixels per side, under 12 million pixels.

    Are my photos uploaded?

Photos are decoded, arranged and exported in your browser without a processing upload or stored image history. Website ads and analytics are described in the privacy information.
